As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing advice on available parts and accessories. You will also manage orders, maintain inventory, and ensure that every customer leaves our dealership with the ideal product for their vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and advise customers on original parts and accessories.
Manage parts orders and follow up on deliveries.
Keep inventory up to date and organize product displays.
Collaborate closely with the service department to anticipate customer needs.
Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

At least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
Knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team while being self-reliant in your tasks.
Proficiency in computer use and inventory management software.
